STRIP CEILING B0 and B15

Ceiling of strip type are designed for application in such compartsments where an easy acces to space between and steel deck or roof is required. Fire protection of different class is obtained by insulation of mineral wool in ceiling strips and masking strips and by means of additional layer insulation. The elements of ceiling of strip type afford possibilities for building of various and attractive architectural arrangements and also connection with modular ceilings panels produced by FAMOS is possible.

TILE CEILING B0

The tile ceiling has been designed for application in such compartsments where an easy acces to space between and steel deck or roof is required. Fire protection of different class is obtained by insulation of mineral wool in tiles of different density as well as by additional insulation of girder. The connection of tile ceiling with strip ona is posible thanks to the elements of ceiling.

SELF-SUPPORTING CEILING B15

A panel ceiling is designed to be used on vessels and in industrial land projects. Various classes of fire protection are met thanks to insulation from non-combustible mineral wool. A smooth surface, easy assembly are advantages of this type of construction, but the main advenfage is it's self-supporting construction.

FIRE RESISTANCE

Basic materials are classified as non-combustible. Finishing materials-decorative coatings-meet the requirements of international standard in scope of low flame-spread characteristics. All materials are non-toxic. Here presented wall structures passed international fire test according to SOLAS-1974 Convection with a mendments and comply with is relevant requirements. Fire test for B class were carried out at "DANTEST" laboratory in Copenhagen, "BRANDVERSUCHSHAUS" laboratory in Hamburg and domestic laboratories. Wall structure is approved as B0, B15/A30 and B15/A60 by different Clasification Societes and National Authorities. Certificaties of approvals, materials and approved drawings of mounting joints are submitted on request.

Doors are designed to outfit accomodation spaces, for electric, hydrant and emergency exits, mounted in walls and bulkheads inside ship accomodations.

Construction

Door are produced in 2 variants: door leaf from non-asbestos mineral board thick bonded with of approved type, door leaf from galvanized steel sheet 0,7 mm thick, coated with decorative PCV foil, and in 2 variants: L - left, P - right (for single - one leaf door). Mineral wool of approved type, makes thermal and sound insulation. A frame of the door is made from steel sheet 1,5 mm thick bonded with of powder paint in color according to RAL system. Following requirements door are equipped with furniture lock bolt with triangle kay, double ball latches, furniture handles and flat bolt lock (in double leaf doors).

Steel beds was designed, to satisfy customers, who look for different kinds of articles. It means-very wide range of using our beds in different accomodotions, different dimensions and destination.

Steel beds are produced in 2 variants: P - right and L - left (except KK18-00/B-20-005). That variant concerns the drawer. Beds with drawer accordingly is made with 2 drawers D.

Beds consist of steel legs, and boxes made of bended profiles. Depending on the variant - beds consist of: steel drawer, and elements of additional equipment like ladder and mattress with bolster. Bed clothes are keeping in the drawers, or fastening with belts in closed boxes. There are spring-air actuators fitted to the boxes, for safety while the boxes are opened or closed.

Sofa-bed with seat and backrest unit is interconnected in the way that after turning to the horizontal position the back side of backrest is a resting place of the bed. Seat is automatically let in the casing of the bed. Turning the resting place to vertical position (letting the resting place in the wall) causes automatically putting the seat forward to the operating position of the sofa.
